Richard Rees BSc (Hons) ICIOB, principal of Rees architectural Services is a Pembrokeshire native who has 10 years of formal training and 9 years experience working for a number of Pembrokeshire based architectural practices. In this time he has worked on hundreds of successful projects varying from simple householder alterations and extensions to multi-million pound developments. Local knowledge aids Richard, providing him with an insight of the local authorities and a great familiarity of the areas vast network of consultants and contractors. He continues to develop his skills with training and believes “we must continue to develop and push boundaries or risk becoming obsolete”. Richard has recently trained and qualified as a BREEAM code for sustainable homes assessor (REESA-RR11), aware of the need for progression.
Rees Architectural Services is a multi-disciplinary practice, which since its inception has successfully completed numerous commissions ranging from minor extensions to major new build projects. Our work is responsive to our client’s requirements and the surrounding environment to create relevant, functional, sustainable, contemporary design, while being mindful of buildings historic value and building pathology, understanding the need for conservation, finding the balance between modern living and reverence for our rich building history.

We believe that we have a responsibility to be environmentally and socially aware, incorporating renewable energy sources to meet both current and future requirements.
Our well resourced office is located in Nelson Quay, Milford Haven and we are fully equipped with the most up-to-date survey equipment and dedicated survey vehicle. Both the office and vehicle are fully insured and we are covered by both public and personal indemnity insurance. |
